Wolves are now getting ready to sell 23-year-old Gary O’Neil favourite

Wolves’ star man Pedro Neto has been immense this season. His form has been so good that he’s now attracting a lot of interest.

Four assists and one goal this season in the Premier League, and countless other big chances created. Pedro Neto has been instrumental in all seven of Wolves’ seven points this season.

Last week against Manchester City he was so dangerous, giving Nathan Ake a torrid time down the right.

A dominating start to the season has left Neto a target as some of England’s biggest sides target a move.

Now according to reports, it seems Wolves could be willing to sell a Gary O’Neil favourite.

Neto on his way out?

According to TEAMTalk, Neto is being looked at over a potential move by Arsenal and Liverpool to name a few.

it is believed there is due to be a “tug of war” over the services of Neto this January between the two big Premier League clubs.

Wolves are also said to be “ready to cash in” on him, while his stock is so high, in fears his injury concerns could return.

Selling Neto would be the third big sale of a Portuguese player in recent memory and Old Gold fans would be hopeful that any money would be used within the club.

O’Neil is a big fan

Selling Neto would be a disappointing moment for Gary O’Neil who is a big fan of his winger.

Previously saying, as reported by Birmingham Mail: “I have always liked him. His attitude and approach since I have been here has been top notch. I can’t speak highly enough of him at the minute, I think he has been incredible.

“He has played off both sides. I thought he would get some joy down this side today, that was the reason for the switch.

“He did get some joy but the big story is we leave with nothing which is disappointing.”
