Wolves have identified their next target as a Dutch midfielder with double-digit goal involvements in each of his last three seasons.
With each passing day, the urgency to get business wrapped up increases.
It’s claimed Fosun are looking at two more signings, a forward and a central midfielder.
The former is proving difficult. Christantus Uche looks further from a Wolves move than ever, leaving Tolu Arokodare as the primary option to bolster the frontline.
With regards to the second item on their shopping list, an exciting target has been identified.
Wolves join West Ham in pursuit of Dutch Ajax midfielder Kenneth Taylor
Ajax midfielder Kenneth Taylor is an exciting talent who has popped up on the radar of both Wolves and West Ham.

Writing for ESPN, Alain van Hilten reports that Taylor could be on the move, and he himself is open to that possibility: “The likelihood of Taylor leaving in the final week of the transfer window appears to have increased in recent days.
“Premier League clubs West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers have both made inquiries about the 23-year-old midfielder, and Taylor himself is reportedly open to a move.”
At 23, Taylor still has room to develop further, but his chance creation and goalscoring are already at an extremely high level.
Ajax manager Johnny Heitinga is open to considering offers for Kenneth Taylor
Ajax manager Johnny Heitinga has discussed a possible Taylor exit, having just signed Liverpool’s James McConnell.
He says: “If a player really wants to leave and the right amount of money comes along… I have a few number eights, but Kenneth has proven to be one of the key players, so I really hope he stays.”
It’s clear he’s fond of his player, but he also remarks: “We do have several players who can play in his position.”

Taylor is an attack-minded central midfielder who could offer something different to the bruising play of Andre or the intensity of Joao Gomes.
Wolves have been crying out for creativity since Matheus Cunha’s move to Man United, and Taylor has reached double-digit goal involvements in each of the last three campaigns.
It sounds like Ajax would be willing to make a deal, so Wolves shouldn’t waste time.
