Wolves are seemingly about to sanction the permanent exit of another player in the form of Goncalo Guedes.
David Moller Wolfe became Wolves’ third signing of the summer earlier this week, joining from AZ Alkmaar.
But it looks as though Wolves could now be about to follow that up with another sale.
Goncalo Guedes has been the subject of increased speculation in recent days.
Guedes had hinted he was ready to stay at Wolves with how warmly he spoke about the club while out in Portugal at the first pre-season training camp.
But it was then reported Wolves were in advanced talks with Real Sociedad over Guedes.
And now, it looks like this could be a matter of when the move happens and not if, with a significant update being offered this afternoon.
Wolves and Real Sociedad reach ‘agreement in principle’ over Goncalo Guedes, medical pending

Guedes flew out to Girona with the rest of his Wolves teammates a couple of days ago, suggesting that nothing was imminent with him.
But this morning journalist Matteo Moretto ominously reported that Guedes to Sociedad was still on track to happen, despite it being downplayed.
And now, Moretto has reported that an agreement in principle is in place between the two clubs.
El Diario Vasco report that Guedes will become a Sociedad player, with only the medical and the actual signing of the contract now pending.
It is stated that the key to the breakthrough has been Guedes’ stance.
Both Wolves and Guedes had wanted a permanent exit, and a particularly interesting part of this report from El Diario Vasco is that the fee is low.
It is not stated exactly how much Sociedad are set to pay, but the publication claims it is ‘much lower than his market price’, which they suggest is around €11 million (£9.6 million).
Guedes fee will be interesting
So it looks like Guedes may finally be on his way after a turbulent spell at Wolves.
His exit would come as something of a surprise in that his praise for the club recently was warm, and he obviously also played a decent part last term, chipping in a combined 10 goals and assists.
But the noise here is that Guedes – who signed on the watch of Bruno Lage – still wanted out, and Wolves just cannot be keeping players who don’t want to stay.

Appearances – 51 |
Goals – 7 |
Assists – 6 |
Vitor Pereira has previously made a point of only having players around who want to be here and will embrace being in Wolverhampton.
It will be very interesting to see what the final fee is set to be.
It sounds like it could be quite low, so it’d be no surprise if, from the Wolves side, it was undisclosed, given he originally cost £27.5 million.
