Wolves are close to sanctioning their first Deadline Day exit as an update has emerged.
Compton is poised to be a busy place today, with both arrivals and departures expected at Wolves.
Wolves will welcome Andre to the club following his medical that is set to take place today, with the midfielder to complete a £21m transfer from Fluminense.
Sam Johnstone was unveiled earlier however, attention has now shifted to a possible exit.

Daniel Podence now close to leaving Wolves on Deadline Day
While it was reported earlier this week that O’Neil wanted to keep Daniel Podence at Wolves, it’s now understood that the winger could leave.
Podence impressed on Wednesday night in Wolves’ Carabao Cup win over Burnley however, the forward’s future looks to be far from Molineux.
An update emerging from journalist Santi Aouna claims that the Portuguese star is now ‘close’ to a transfer to Saudi Arabia.
On X, the reporter said, “Daniel Podence is close to signing to Al-Shabab.”
Podence has been linked with a move to Saudi throughout the summer, despite the belief that Olympiacos wanted to acquire the Wolves winger.
The finances surrounding the deal are not yet clear, with there a stumbling block between Al-Shabab and Wolves over Podence’s price.
Podence exit is a shame but is unsurprising
At the start of the summer, it seemed as though both Wolves and Podence’s minds were made up regarding his future in the Midlands.
The consensus changed when the £60k-a-week player returned to Compton for pre-season, impressing O’Neil to inject some uncertainty over his future.
Now, however, Podence’s association with Wolves could come to an end, with a transfer to Saudi Arabia looking to be most likely.
The forward’s exit could now divert O’Neil and Matt Hobbs’ transfer plans, as Wolves’ hunt for a wide player to replace Pedro Neto will surely have to restart.
