Wolves fans expect Matheus Cunha to leave the club this summer, and there has now been a new claim about the Brazilian and his proposed move to Manchester United.
Cunha scored his 15th Premier League goal of the season on Saturday in the 3-0 win over Leicester City, as he played a starring role against the Foxes.
Matheus Cunha was back in the starting XI for the second game in a row, with Jean-Ricner Bellegarde back on the bench after injury.
It was a top performance from Cunha, who was praised by Vitor Pereira after the game.
Leicester just couldn’t handle him, and it was really a reminder of the star’s quality.
And Wolves will likely be losing that quality this summer, with Manchester United supposedly having reached an agreement with Wolves to sign Cunha.
Now, there’s been a claim regarding an offer to the £62.5 million man.
Man United have offer five-year contract to Matheus Cunha

It has been reported by TEAMtalk that United have now put a contract on the table to Cunha.
The contract is for five years.
Initially, United had offered four plus one, but now a straight five-year deal is being discussed.
TEAMtalk add that there are still some small details about salary structure that need agreeing. A new meeting with Cunha’s entourage is in the pipeline to try and finalise everything.
It was reported last week that Arsenal still had interest in Cunha, but had reservations about his ability to sustain his current output at the highest level.
It was also suggested some Saudi clubs were willing to trigger Cunha’s release clause.

Cunha admits he loves playing for Wolves
Cunha has angered Wolves fans in recent weeks, with the perception for many being that he doesn’t want to be at the club.
Cunha recently did an interview and talked up wanting to win trophies elsewhere.
He also then posted on Instagram abut following his dreams, before deleting it.
Some haven’t liked the apparent desire for attention during the team’s winning run without him.
But Cunha was keen to state just what playing for Wolves means to him, after the win over Leicester. He said: “I always say, when I use this shirt, I’m so happy on the pitch, playing for this team, for my team mates.
“Everyone knows that sometimes my emotions are too much, because I really love to be here. Of course, the most important is to help the team. The most important is keep pushing, improve as a player, as a man, and these are the things that I always keep with me.”
Perhaps this may genuinely be the case. But some fans will certainly have a hard time accepting these comments given all the talk.
