Wolves are gunning for more new signings after landing David Moller Wolfe last week, and speculation is rife over Juanlu Sanchez.
Wolves are in the market for a new right wing-back, after Nelson Semedo finally confirmed his exit last week.
A couple of weeks ago Wolves were gunning for Marc Pubill, but were beaten to the punch by Atletico Madrid, despite everything being on track.
Wolves and Sevilla were said to have an agreement in principle for Sanchez’s transfer.
And there was good news recently when Napoli reportedly stepped back in their pursuit of Sanchez.
Sanchez was then left out of Sevilla’s squad last night, fuelling speculation that his exit was getting closer.
But Wolves fans have not forgotten what happened with Pubill, and now a concerning update has been given on Sanchez.
Juanlu Sanchez doesn’t want Wolves move

Despite the significance of there being an agreement in principle between Wolves and Sevilla, a move would still require the green light from Sanchez himself.
And unfortunately, it looks like he may not give it.
Because Spanish publication Orgullo de Nervion have reported that Sanchez actually does not want to go to Wolves now.
They claim that, despite the agreement between the clubs, Sanchez ‘does not want to go to Wolves’, adding that ‘he is clear’.
The publication say that this information has actually come from the player’s own entourage.
It is stated that while things can change overnight in football, Sanchez’s position is currently firm.
Interestingly, it is also claimed Sanchez has a long-standing agreement with Napoli, suggesting that the Italian champions would be his preferred choice. But currently there’s no agreement between Napoli and Sevilla.
More frustration for Wolves amid Juanlu Sanchez update
It is the update that Wolves fans feared, and one that could now mean the club abandon their pursuit of the Spaniard.
After missing out on Pubill, this is really not an ideal situation with Sanchez.

Vitor Pereira has spoken previously about wanting players who actually want to play for Wolves, and embrace being in Wolverhampton.
If Sanchez is firm in his current stance then Wolves must look at alternatives.
On Monday night, it was claimed Wolves were looking at Julian Ryerson of Borussia Dortmund, which is now starting to feel like more of a possibility amid the news about Sanchez.
