Wolves are active in the January transfer window, with both arrivals and departures speculated at Molineux.
Vitor Pereira wasted no time getting the Wolves squad back on track after his arrival and now, the manager is taking a similar approach in the transfer window.
Already, the Old Gold have ticked off one of their transfer wishes as Wolves have agreed a deal to sign Emmanuel Agbadou from Reims.
It’s understood that Wolves want to welcome another defender after Agbadou, with replenishing the back line not the only objective of the January window.

Luke Cundle set to leave Wolves on loan this month
As well as arrivals, there could also be some exits before the end of the month, with two first-team players linked with departures.
Summer signing Sam Johnstone’s future is in doubt, while former captain Mario Lemina is open to a Saudi Pro League transfer.
While Pereira does not want to sell players in January, the Old Gold are still expected to bid farewell to some talent, as the latest reports reveal.
Express and Star reporter Liam Keen detailed Luke Cundle’s future, with the midfielder expected to leave on loan this month.
It’s said that the 22-year-old has interest from Championship clubs having not featured for Wolves this season.
Interest in Cundle is rife after his failed loan transfer in the summer, with his next venture only a matter of time away, according to Keen’s update.
With a contract at Molineux that expires in 2026, there’s a lot for Cundle and the club to decide in the next year, and now, a loan move is certainly the best option for the talented midfielder.
English loan the best option for Cundle
While Cundle failed to secure a loan move in the summer and remained at Wolves, others have had similar luck away from Molineux this season.
Nathan Fraser will return from his loan spell at Zulte Waregem, as will Dexter Lembikisa, who has struggled for game time in Switzerland with Yverdon Sport.
There’s hope that Cundle will get a positive loan move, with a move within England expected for the young midfielder.
Having previously impressed at Plymouth Argyle, Swansea City and Stoke City, the remainder of the 2024/25 campaign could be crucial to the player’s Wolves future.
