Some Wolves players are reporting back to Compton Park tomorrow for the start of pre-season and only one signing has been made so far this summer.
Fer Lopez is Wanderers’ only arrival up to now this summer, with Wolves splashing just under £20 million on the Spaniard.
Fans are urging the club to get busy, with pre-season now about to get underway.
Some players will only join Wolves out in the Algarve, but ideally Wanderers would have had a few new faces in by now.
A new striker is thought to be on the agenda for Wolves.
There have been a few links recently, with Wolves thought to be keen on El Bilal Toure.
But one target looks like he could be heading elsewhere.
Wolves transfer target Mihailo Ivanovic approached by Parma

Wolves need back-up for Jorgen Strand Larsen.
The Norwegian had a fantastic campaign in 2024/25, scoring 14 goals – no Wolves player in a debut Premier League season has ever scored more.
But with Matheus Cunha and Pablo Sarabia gone, and potentially Goncalo Guedes and Hwang Hee-chan also leaving, attacking options are already depleted.
Recently, it was claimed Wolves held an interest in Mihailo Ivanovic.
But now it seems time could be of the essence for Vitor Pereira if he is to land the Millwall striker.
Journalist Pete O’Rourke said: “Understand Parma have made an approach for Millwall striker Mihailo Ivanovic.”
Wolves must start making moves in the transfer window
Ivanovic enjoyed a solid season in 2024/25, scoring 14 goals across 49 appearances for Millwall.
The 20-year-old looks set for a very bright future, and potentially he could make for a decent signing at Molineux.
But Parma appear to be in pole position at the moment according to the ominous update from O’Rourke.

So Pereira may need to accelerate Wolves’ pursuit if he really wants him.
But ideally, Wolves will just get a body through the door this week with pre-season about to commence – it really is so important to get new signings in right at the start so they can settle in nice and quickly.
The club did this last year with Strand Larsen and we all saw how he fared in his first season. Undoubtedly, that full pre-season he got after transferring was extremely helpful in setting him up for the new campaign.
