Wolves fans are hoping to see some new signings very soon.
It has been a busy start to the summer for Wanderers, but so far, the activity mainly relates to outgoings.
Matheus Cunha has left the club to join Manchester United, and Pablo Sarabia is also departing as a free agent, as is Craig Dawson.
Carlos Forbs is heading back to Ajax after his loan spell, and it is only a matter of time until Manchester City announce Rayan Ait-Nouri as their new signing.
Wolves have also bid farewell to Matt Hobbs, after the club instigated a restructure. Domenico Teti is expected to join the club with Wolves having held talks.
Fans now want to see some players coming in – and manager Vitor Pereira has given a pretty clear indication over what to expect in the coming weeks.
Vitor Pereira set to scour Portuguese market for Wolves in first major transfer window

Pereira will be having more of a say in transfers than some previous Wolves managers.
The restructure will see him use his contacts in the game, and work closely with the likes of Jorge Mendes and Valdir Cardoso to get Wolves’ squad in the best shape possible.
It will be a tall order to make Wolves’ squad as strong as it was before, with Cunha and Ait-Nouri having both gone.
But Wolves’ recruitment has been good in recent times, and Pereira believes the Portuguese market has plenty to offer.
Sending a warning about not standing still to Fosun, he said in an interview with Record: “This is a crucial period, in which we are losing players, and important ones, and in which we are analysing solutions, meeting… In this league, without a good squad, it is very complicated. The Premier League punishes those who make mistakes cruelly and we cannot make them.
“We have a lot of quality here. Many quality players, coaches and not only in football, in all areas. We don’t value them much, but I have travelled the world and I feel that they look at the Portuguese and recognise that they are competent and hard-working.”
Previously, Pereira has also stated he wants players who actually want to play for Wolves, and players who actually want to come and live in Wolverhampton and play in the best league in the world.

Wolves plan is clear
Wolves fans can now expect to see the club go after players either from the Portuguese top flight or Portuguese stars playing in other leagues.
The Wolves manager feels they generally tend to be ‘hard-working’ and we know this is a trait he really likes in a player – Marshall Munetsi being a good example.
We know that Mendes is now back on the scene, so it looks for all the world like Wolves will be signing some Portuguese players in this window.

Wolves fans will also appreciate the indirect warning to Fosun here from Pereira.
He is telling the owners that it is vital not to stand still, and that clubs are punished in the Premier League for not preparing their squads adequately.
Hopefully, Fosun will heed this warning.
