Jorgen Strand Larsen has fallen down the pecking order at Wolves over the last few weeks, being benched in the previous three games.
It has been a tough campaign for the Norwegian, who was embroiled in a transfer saga involving Newcastle in the summer.
Strand Larsen had wanted to make the switch to St James’ Park, but the Old Gold held their nerve and kept the forward they felt could propel them to safety with his goals.
However, that has been far from the case, as the number nine has just one Premier League goal this season.
Multiple Premier League clubs have been reported to have interest, but Crystal Palace have been one of the more prominent sides popping up.
It was previously said that the Eagles had reservations about the cost of a Strand Larsen deal, and an update on their stance has now come out.
Fill in the blank: Jorgen Strand Larsen is now worth £___million.
Crystal Palace’s stance on Jorgen Strand Larsen

Crystal Palace are open to selling their star striker Jean-Philippe Mateta, which has left them needing a replacement in case of his departure.
This has led the London club to shortlist Wolves’ Jorgen Strand Larsen as a potential January signing.
After being so desperate to keep the Norwegian in the summer, the Old Gold may look to cash in as relegation looks like the most likely outcome for the club.
But it seems he may not be moving to Crystal Palace unless two things happen.
Who do you think will be the first to leave Wolves in January?🤔
According to journalist Alan Nixon, “There is some support for a bid for Jorgen Strand Larsen at Wolves, but Panichelli is the first choice.
“Strand Larsen is available and could be less than Panichelli, but his sell-on value is considerably lower.”
So, unless Mateta leaves and a deal for Strasbourg’s Joaquin Panichelli falls through, the Eagles will not be moving for the 25-year-old.
Where could Jorgen Strand Larsen end up at the end of the January window?
Keeping Jorgen Strand Larsen beyond January would not be a bad idea for Wolves, but if the player is seeking to leave, as he had done in the summer, it might be best to part ways.
However, Rob Edwards insists Strand Larsen is being a model professional.
Nottingham Forest have emerged over recent weeks as a potential destination. A long-term injury to Chris Wood and the departure of Arnaud Kalimuendo leave them short of striking options.
Additionally, Everton are said to be interested in bringing the Norwegian to Merseyside, as they look to improve on their options.
While it has been a tough campaign for Larsen, he showed last season that he has Premier League quality, and clubs are certainly not put off by his form.
We suspect there may be some twists and turns yet with Jorgen Strand Larsen this window.
