Bruno Lage developed a reputation for bringing through young talent during his reign at Benfica.
The likes of Joao Felix came into the first team on his watch and he is a former youth coach.
Now, he apparently has his sights set on another young player from his former employers.
Portuguese outlet O Novo claim that Wolves are keen on teenager Goncalo Ramos.

There’s two ways to look at the rumour. One is that Wolves have a young forward in Fabio Silva already and need more established signings this summer.
The other is that Ramos could well be a star of the future and would be working under a manager in Lage who knows how to develop young talent.
There was considerable excitement among some fans on Twitter when they saw the rumour.
Here’s how it went down online as Lage gets to work on his squad for his maiden season in English football:
- Wolves striker Jorgen Strand Larsen just dropped his most significant injury update yet
- Paul Merson predicts Wolves vs Burnley after Vitor Pereira ‘must-win’ admission
- Jack Grealish says player who left Wolves this summer has become one of his good friends
- Top German media outlet’s early Fabio Silva verdict may leave Wolves officials uncomfortable
- Vitor Pereira’s recent admission is a kick in the teeth for player who flopped at Wolves
