Wolverhampton Wanderers may have to brace themselves over Owen Otasowie this summer, with a report claiming he’s a target for three European clubs.

According to The Telegraph, the USA international is on the radars of French side Nice, German outfit Wolfsburg and Belgian giants Anderlecht.

The trio are claimed to want Otasowie on loan, following his struggle for first-team minutes at Molineux this season.

The 20-year-old got himself a rare start against West Bromwich Albion earlier this week, but in total he has made just six appearances.

Fans expected to see much more of him after a really promising debut against Chelsea back in December.

But the youngster just hasn’t been able to kick on, with Nuno Espirito Santo rarely diverting away from the likes of Ruben Neves, Joao Moutinho and Leander Dendoncker.

The player did admit recently (via Birmingham Mail) that he has gotten into ‘mischievous things’ at Wolves, and perhaps that has contributed to his lack of minutes.

Start him in the next four games

So it seems teams are already queuing up to sign Otasowie, which is a suggestion of what a talented player he is.

Before Wolves make any decisions, it’s important Nuno gets a solid look at him in the Premier League.

There’s seemingly no reason why he shouldn’t start all the remaining games now, having really impressed against West Brom.

If he makes a good enough impression, Wolves should not be looking to offload the dynamo temporarily.
