Sevilla are reportedly on the tail of Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Rafa Mir.

According to La Razon, the current champions of the Europa League have sounded out the Spanish star as a possible signing this summer.

Mir has been in fabulous form on loan at Huesca this term and has scored 13 goals across all competitions so far this season.

Huesca are currently in the relegation zone, but Mir’s goals are giving the club a fighting chance of survival.

He’s regularly come in for praise this term, and has outscored some big-name players such as Antoine Griezmann and Joao Felix.

It was recently reported by Inter Live that Inter Milan were looking at Mir as a possible replacement for Romelu Lukaku.

Now, La Razon claim he’s on Sevilla’s radar, and the player would like to continue playing in Spain.

It’s explained that the club are ready to hear offers for Luuk de Jong, and another forward Youssef En-Nesyri has been linked with a potential exit.

Mir value surely increasing

Sevilla reportedly eyeing Mir is potentially great for Wolves if the club are intending to offload him.

Really it is best for as many clubs to be circling as possible to give Wolves the best chance of making as big a sale as possible.

If he isn’t to be given another chance at Molineux, which would be nice to see, then hopefully the club will get good compensation for him.
