Wolves are signing Tommy Doyle on loan from Manchester City – and the midfielder has already been pictured in official club training gear.
The 21-year-old is making his move from the Premier League champions until the end of the season.
And Wolves will then have the option to buy Doyle for around £5 million.
Matheus Nunes is heading to the Etihad in a deal worth £52 million. The two deals are seperate.
Wolves fans are patiently waiting for an official announcement of the deal.
And it looks like one won’t be too far away now…
Tommy Doyle pictured in Wolves gear as fans await official announcement
Earlier this afternoon, a pictured emerged on Twitter of Doyle.
He is at the wheel of his car, posing for a snap with a young fan.
He can be seen wearing a Wolves training top.
The photo was uploaded to the social media site by Matt Whitten (@salopwolf).
Presumably, Doyle had not long done his medical and all of his initial media work.
Doyle to Wolves imminent – and it’s an exciting move
Wolves’ move for Doyle is genuinely quite exciting.
He probably isn’t quite seen in the same light as the likes of other City youngsters James McAtee and Cole Palmer.
But Doyle is still highly rated and it will be great to watch him in Wolves colours.

He really impressed at Sheffield United last season, and it’s nice for him to now get a chance in the Premier League.
He will receive strong backing from the supporters, and hopefully he can really hit the ground running under O’Neil.
