Adama Traore’s future has been a talking point throughout the transfer window.
We’re now on deadline day and the chatter has continued right until the very last.
The Athletic’s David Ornstein has shared on YouTube the price he’s heard Wolves would sell for today.
He says nothing less than £50 million would get Traore out of Molineux amid interest from Tottenham.

“Wolves with Adama Traore – I think they’re going to keep him,” said Ornstein.
“It would take a massive offer, £50 million roughly to prise him away from Molineux, where he’s become a key man for Bruno Lage.
“When you hear someone like Adama Traore, it would take a crazy offer for, then you hear £50 million, you don’t think that’s as crazy as some figures over the years.
“That’s what Arsenal paid for Ben White and Traore is a more damaging player in terms of his attacking prowess.”

Wolves wouldn’t have that much time to source a replacement for Traore and he has been outstanding in the first three games of the season.
£50 million – even accounting for his contract situation – is a fair price at this stage.
As Ornstein suggests, it’s not actually a ridiculous price in the current market, given his importance to Wolves.
But Wolves fans will want to see their club hold firm, especially given the identity of the manager of the main contenders for his signature, Tottenham.
