Wolves will soon be able to do business – and there has been a new claim regarding midfielder Andre.
It is expected that the Old Gold will be extremely busy next month, as they bid to sort out their squad for the second half of the 2025/26 season.
Wolves will target six positions, including a new goalkeeper, right wing-back, midfielder, winger, number 10 and a striker.
Wolves will go after Premier League players who need game time, and also players who are keen to move in the hope of playing regularly ahead of the World Cup next year.
But Wolves do also have to think about the longer term, with Championship football looking highly likely next season.
While Wolves will be bringing players in, several will also depart.
Andre was linked with Galatasaray recently – and it appears this interest is serious.
Andre is Galatasaray’s top target

Andre has had a disappointing season.
Ahead of the campaign and following the sale of Matheus Cunha, there was an argument for Andre being Wolves’ new best player.
But amid the collective struggle, Andre has underwhelmed – and now, he could be set for an exit after 18 months at the club.
Would a combined £60m be a fair price for Andre and Joao Gomes? 🤔
Johnny Phillips has suggested that could be the extent of any return for the duo in January…
Galatasaray’s interest has already been reported, but journalist Safa Kaan Ozturk has claimed on the P4 Otopark YouTube channel that the Brazilian has actually now emerged as the Turkish club’s top target.
He is at the top of the list, and is seen as someone who can allow Lucas Torreira to play as a number eight, having been playing as a deep lying midfielder.
Andre sale in January feels likely
It sounds like Galatasaray could well come in with a bid for Andre in January, but it remains to be seen how much Wolves would demand.
It’s been suggested both Andre and Joao Gomes could sell for a combined £60 million, so perhaps the pair could go for around £30 million each.
It has to be said, Andre leaving next month does feel likely.
While he has not played well this season, he is still a top player on his day and was someone that lots of big clubs were looking at while he was at Fluminense.
Realistically, he is not someone who’ll be sticking around to play in the Championship, so Wolves are likely going to try and cash in for as much as possible.
