Fabio Silva’s next club is expected to be in Germany, sources close to Molineux News understand.
Silva regretted signing for Wolves in 2020, arriving at the club at the age of 18 for a then-record fee of £35m.
Nuno Espirito Santo had high hopes for the player, but after the former Wolves manager’s exit, things have been a nightmare for the forward in England.
It’s now likely that Wolves will sell Silva permanently this summer, particularly at a time when transfer interest is swarming around the 22-year-old.

Fabio Silva most likely to head to Germany
Silva reportedly rejected a move to Wolfsburg in favour of representing a club playing in a European competition next season.
The Portugal U21 international has high demands and is in a position to be picky after an impressive season on loan in La Liga with Las Palmas.
The forward’s future is already becoming a merry-go-round at Wolves, with many clubs registering an interest in Silva.
To get the latest on the forward, Molineux News caught up with TBR’s Graeme Bailey.
“He’s got a lot of interest,” Bailey confirmed, before honing in on the appeal of Silva in Germany.
“Interest in Germany is very strong, Leipzig are one of those. I heard Dortmund too, Frankfurt see him as a potential replacement for Ekitike as well. Leipzig obviously, with Sesko leaving, Openda, we’re not sure, Germany is most likely at the moment.”
What the transfer expert also outlined will come as a surprise to many, as Bailey expressed that Wolves aren’t planning to lose money on the striker.
“There’s plenty of interest there. Wolves aren’t going to lose money on him. They’re going to be selling, and he’s going to get himself a good club. Is it imminent? I’m not sure.”

Wolves ready to exploit Silva’s form
The fact that Wolves are in a position to demand a sizeable transfer fee for Silva is a shock in itself.
Before Silva’s successful loan move to Las Palmas, the 22-year-old had a market value of just £9m, as per Transfermarkt, a figure that has since rocketed thanks to his form in Spain.
Wolves will be more thankful to Silva than anyone, as now, the Old Gold have an opening to demand a price as close to his purchase fee as possible.
That being said, it remains unlikely that Wolves will get close to £35m for Silva, but with some top European clubs interested in the in-form forward, those in the West Midlands will be licking their lips at the opportunity that has unexpectedly arisen.
