Matheus Cunha’s exit from Wolves is looming, and it’s just been revealed exactly when the Brazilian wants to leave the club.
Over the past few months, Cunha’s potential departure from Molineux has dominated the headlines, with several clubs chasing his signature.
Manchester United are leading the race for Cunha, and that is reportedly the 25-year-old’s preferred destination, but other teams are also in the race.
Vitor Pereira has accepted that his star forward will leave regardless of what happens. Wolves are already looking at Harvey Elliott as one of multiple potential replacements for the number 10.
So, supporters will be wondering and perhaps praying a transfer gets wrapped up sooner rather than later for Cunha, with it now emerging when that could happen.

Matheus Cunha wants to leave Wolves before the end of the season
The former Atletico Madrid star hasn’t covered himself in glory throughout the whole transfer saga, leaving fans annoyed by his actions.
Cunha has teased his Wolves exit on social media on multiple occasions and even revealed in an interview where his future lies.
Instead of waiting until the summer to discuss his next move, the talented centre-forward has shown signs of being impatient, even though he has a £62.5 million release clause in his contract.

The Old Gold have three more games remaining, including clashes against Brighton, Crystal Palace and Brentford, with the final fixture coming on Sunday, May 25th.
That gives Cunha just over two weeks to finalise a move to his next club ahead of the summer transfer window opening between June 1-10.
Wolves will find it hard to replace Cunha
Admittedly, supporters just want this transfer saga wrapped up as soon as possible so it doesn’t interfere with their summer plans and money can be used to source a replacement.
The hardest part, however, will be signing a player who can fill the goalscoring void he will leave behind. Cunha has scored 17 goals in all competitions this term and has often carried Wolves in the battle against relegation.

It isn’t just his scoring prowess that needs replacing, too, as the Brazil international is capable of creating magic and driving his team forward.
Those two attributes in a player are hard to find, so the recruitment strategy must be nailed, otherwise, his absence will be felt.
