Jose Sa blown away by Wolves dressing room

Jose Sa has stated the Wolves dressing room is one of the best he’s ever had in his career.

The goalkeeper conducted an interview last week with former Molineux stopper Carl Ikeme, who was back at Compton Park to train with the club’s goalkeepers and coach Tony Roberts.

The pair chatted about lots of things, and snippets of the interview are now up on the club’s official website.

Sa hasn’t been at Wolves for very long.

He only joined the club last summer from Olympiacos.

But there is no doubt in his mind that the group he’s a part of now is up there amongst the best in his career.

The 29-year-old said: “It’s amazing. It’s one of the best groups I’ve had in my career. Here, the club is like a family club, they take care of our family if they need something, and here inside it’s the same, the people are very nice.

“We are doing what we’re doing in the league because of this, because of the group, it’s amazing and we fight for everybody.”

Sa settled in very quickly at Molineux.

The ace has a big personality and is an infectious character, which shines through when the club put things out across their social media channels.

Clearly, Sa has fitted in really well and appears to have the respect and admiration of all his teammates.

But his transition may not have been as easy had the group not been so tight-knit.

Wolves dressing room is in a fantastic place right now

Sa’s comments are very encouraging to read.

A club can have lots of fantastic players, and individuals who can provide moments of magic.

But that won’t count for much if there isn’t a strong cohesion in the dressing room.

It is very clear that team spirit is very high at Wolves. And there appears to be a strong bond between all the players.

Hopefully, this is something that can help carry Wolves to success on the future.
