Another transfer window has passed and on this occasion, Wolves can be pleased with the business they’ve completed.
Although supporters were mostly frustrated with the speed of their transfer operation, Vitor Pereira still signed three new players, with Wolves spending the second most money in the Premier League.
Two deadline-day arrivals Nasser Djiga and Marshall Munetsi were added to the squad after Emmanuel Agbadou completed his transfer to Molineux earlier in January.
With strength in depth supplied to the defence and midfield along with the departure of Mario Lemina to Galatasary, the fans are now more confident than they were at the end of last month.
That being said, success in the transfer window at Molineux is often a rare commodity, and Wolves have missed out on their fair share of incredible talent over the years.

Boubacar Kamara rejected transfer to Wolves in 2021
Wolves famously failed to sign Ivan Toney in 2014 before the clinical striker signed for Newcastle United, and the Old Gold are still cursing the fact that Jeff Shi wasn’t in the country to seal the Viktor Gyokeres transfer in 2023.
Those are just two of the many transfer blunders the club have experienced, with another being a deal for Boubacar Kamara.
When Bruno Lage was in charge of the club in 2021, Wolves tried to capture Kamara from Marseille, seeing him as an excellent option in defence and midfield.
The Wanderers launched a £12 million bid for the ball-winning midfielder and reports suggested the French side were willing to sell him.
Sadly, despite both clubs agreeing on a transfer for the player, Kamara rejected personal terms, as revealed by journalist Liam Keen at the time.
Speaking on the E&S podcast, Keen said: “Boubacar Kamara – Marseille wanted to sell, he’s only got a year left of his contract. They were in discussions with the agent and the player, and basically he didn’t want to come.
“Marseille were ready to sell him, he had a year left on his contract, they were getting a good fee for him, I think it was around £12m, from what I hear and the player didn’t want to go. I mean, that could be for many reasons.”
It was a big blow not being able to sign a player entering the final year of his contract as he ended up joining rivals Aston Villa on a free transfer a year later.

Kamara is now starring in the Champions League for Aston Villa
Since completing his move to Villa Park almost three years ago, the 25-year-old has shown Wolves what they’re missing out on.
Despite being out for eight months with an ACL injury from February to October this year, Kamara has slotted perfectly back into his defensive midfield role under Unai Emery.
He’s played a vital part in Villa’s first Champions League campaign, featuring six times in the competition so far, including in the 4-2 win over Celtic.
An excellent screen in front of the defence and a magnificent passer of the ball, Emery has previously praised his midfield talent for his all-round ‘intelligence’.
“Kamara is a very important player, he gives us a lot of balance,” shared Emery. “Tactically, he is very intelligent and his capacity to keep possession or cover when we’re attacking can help us.”
Kamara is inarguably one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League, going from strength to strength since rejecting Wolves.
