Harry Winks is reportedly set to leave Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, which may potentially put Wolves on alert.
The 27-year-old has been on loan at Sampdoria over in Serie A since the beginning of the season.
He made the move as he was out of favour under Antonio Conte and wanted to get minutes.

Winks spent the first half of the season out injured and returned to action in January to make his debut.
He has played 90 minutes in each of Sampdoria’s last 10 league games.
It’s been a tough old season for them, and currently, they are 10 points adrift of safety with 10 games left to play.
Winks has been on the wining side just once – against Hellas Verona a couple of weeks ago.
Sampdoria do actually have a buy option on Winks. But they will not be triggering it as they are ‘at risk of going bankrupt and have had issues just paying players and staff’, according to The Sun.
Winks will therefore return to Spurs in the summer. But he is set to leave the club, as he’ll only have a year left on his contract.
Wolves were reported to be keen on Winks during the last summer window.

Brentford, Crystal Palace, Everton, Leicester were all interested in the player, and it was thought he was even offered to Rangers.
There is potential for Wolves to lose a few of their current midfielders this summer.
Ruben Neves will certainly have interest since he’ll only have a year left on his contract.
Matheus Nunes has been linked with other clubs like Chelsea and Liverpool.
And Joao Moutinho, 36, may not be offered another new deal by the club.
Harry Winks could make for a decent squad player for Wolves, especially if Neves and Moutinho leave
Winks has gone away to experience a new culture and that will have done him good.
The star, who has 10 England caps, should be someone Wolves do look at this summer.
Neves and Moutinho leaving the club would create a need to sign a technical midfielder, and Winks falls into that category.

He’s a really good passer, as evidenced by the 85% completion rate he has clocked up so far (via Who Scored). That is the same as Neves and Moutinho in the Premier League this season.
It would not be a mind-blowing signing. But a sensible one, no doubt.
