Wolves are on course to make their first signing of the summer in the shape of Fer Lopez from Celta Vigo.
Supporters are hoping for a big response now after the club sold Matheus Cunha and Rayan Ait-Nouri.
Those two players were both expected to leave this summer, and Vitor Pereira now faces the unenviable task of replacing them.
It was initially suggested that Fer Lopez was a replacement for Cunha. But those suggestions have since been downplayed.
It is expected that Wolves will sign Lopez this week after an agreement with Celta was reached at the weekend. Personal terms have already been agreed.
But there’s been an interesting claim about how Lopez feels about his exit from Celta.
Fer Lopez unhappy with handling of his exit from Celta Vigo

Lopez should become Wolves’ first signing.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that the deal is on course to complete this week, so hopefully fans will not have to wait much longer for his unveiling.
But an interesting claim has been made regarding the player’s exit from Celta.
Estadio Deportivo have relayed information that was shared on Radio Galega yesterday, which pointed out that Lopez has not been happy with the way his exit has been handled.
Lopez’s entourage has apparently stressed that his exit this summer is down to Celta, who have apparently insisted he accepted Wolves’ offer.
The suggestion is that Celta are needing to balance their books, and that the sale of Lopez – who has been likened to Riyad Mahrez – will help them to do that.
Celta Vigo fans unhappy over Fer Lopez
It is important to note that there has been nothing to suggest that Lopez is unhappy about his actual move to Wolves. Clearly he’s keen having agreed personal terms.
But seemingly, the controversy surrounds Celta and how they have apparently asked him to accept Wolves’ offer.
There is anger within the Celta fanbase over this move, with Estadio Deportivo reporting that the sale has ‘fallen like a bucket of cold water on the Olympic fans’.
Many had been looking forward to watching him blossom at the club, as he was seen as the heir to Iago Aspas.
Perhaps some of that frustration from the Celta fans has been directed at Lopez himself, which could be the reason for his unhappiness over the handling of his exit.
