Wolves are set for a very busy January and one player who’s been the subject of speculation recently is Emmanuel Agbadou.
Wolves remain firmly rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table, having managed to get just two points from 15 games.
It has been a disastrous season, with Wolves’ squad simply not good enough. And the summer recruitment looks like it will cost the club their Premier League status.
Emmanuel Agbadou has been linked with a move to Turkey, and he is reportedly open to making the switch…
How much do you think Emmanuel Agbadou is worth, and would you sell him? 💰
What Wolves do in January will be dictated by their position in the league and how far off safety they are.
In reality, it is pretty much a given now that Wolves will be planning for life in the Championship, rather than looking to bring in players for a survival bid.
The likelihood is that big names could be on the way out, and Emmanuel Agbadou has been linked with a move to Besiktas.
And now a transfer update has been offered on the defender.

Emmanuel Agbadou wants to leave Wolves with two clubs in talks with his agent

Emmanuel Agbadou will now head off to AFCON with the Ivory Coast, meaning Rob Edwards must make a change to his backline.
It is somewhat of a blow, because in recent games Agbadou has started to look somewhere near the player of old, after a truly abysmal start to the season.
One does wonder if his display for Wolves against Arsenal was his last for the club, given the transfer speculation about him.
Besiktas have reportedly made him their top target for January.
And today, journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu has reported via his YouTube channel that he wants to leave in January.
He also adds that Agbadou’s agent is currently in contact with two teams from Europe regarding a January switch.
He mentions that a transfer would be difficult for Besiktas at the moment.
Agbadou may have played his last game for Wolves
Agbadou will now leave Wolves to join up with the Ivory Coast, meaning he will not be around for the remaining games in 2025.
Ivory Coast are expected to get out of their group and there is potential for them to reach the latter stages, although the likes of Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and Senegal are all better sides.
If Agbadou is sold in January, how would you rate his spell at Wolves out of 10? Let us know in the comments!
The Ivorian reportedly wants to leave 🤔
But it could well be that due to the tournament, Agbadou may have played his last game for Wolves.
It sounds as though the groundwork is already being laid for his exit, and it will be intriguing to see what his selling price could be.
He signed for £16 million, and Wolves would likely want to get as close to that figure as possible.
