Wolves defender Max Kilman is still Napoli’s priority target this summer, with the Italian giants having agreed to sell Kim-min Jae.
The 26-year-old is currently in Portugal with the Wolves squad for pre-season, with speculation still rife about his future.
Kilman is wanted by Napoli, with the Serie A giants having recently seen a £30 million bid rejected.
It is thought that Wolves would be holding out for at least £35 million.
Despite a claim that Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis would not be going over £30 million, Napoli are still keen to do business.
Max Kilman remains Napoli’s top central defender target
According to Corriere dello Sport, Kilman is still the main central defender target for Napoli, who are losing Kim Min-jae.

Kim is joining Bayern Munich, after the Bavarian giants paid the player’s £43 million release clause.
Napoli – who will of course be in next season’s Champions League – see Kilman as an ideal replacement for the South Korea international.
Other options for Napoli include Robin Le Normand, Ko Itakura and Konstantinos Mavropanos.
It remains to be seen if Napoli will come in with a bid that matches Wolves’ asking price.
But Julen Lopetegui will surely be opposed to losing Kilman now after already selling Conor Coady and Nathan Collins.
That said, Wolves’ financial situation may render his personal feelings irrelevant.
Dave Edwards thinks Wolves have a gem on their hands in Kilman
It remains to be seen if Wolves can hang onto Kilman, whom Steve Bull thinks doesn’t want to leave.
There are certainly many fans who hope he does not leave. And former midfielder Dave Edwards is firmly in that camp.
He wrote in his most recent Express & Star column: “He’s on the verge of becoming an established, top Premier League centre-back and the more he plays, the better he’ll get.”

Kilman really does have exciting potential.
He’s still a couple of years away from his peak and is not far off being a really top level centre-back.
It is for this reason it would be a major shame if he was sold.
