New Barcelona manager Xavi reportedly wants recall Francisco Trincao back from his loan at Wolves – and some fans of the Catalan giants have been reacting to the claims.
Trincao is only a few months into his stint at Molineux.
He joined the club out of the club back in July, and is set to spend the whole season in the Black Country.
Wolves have an option to buy clause on the player worth about £26 million.
It’s been a mixed bag for the player so far.
He’s shown flashes of his talent, but has struggled for consistency.
Sometimes he lacks conviction, and chooses the wrong option.
That can be a common thing in young players, of course.
Apparently, Xavi has asked his superiors to look into the possibility of bringing Trincao back to the Nou Camp early.
Wolves paid £5.1 million for Trincao’s loan, so Barca would have to pay compensation to bring their player back early.

The Spanish heavyweights have endured a tough start to the new season and obviously, they have already changed manager which says it all.
Clearly things haven’t been going well for them.
It seems quite a few Barca fans would love for Trincao to return early. Some didn’t approve of his exit in the first place.

Trincao is an incredible Footballer. More technical than any of our wingers. He’s young, fast, has good control of the ball….with a little training in shooting, he should be an absolute beast.
