Significant change could happen at Molineux as the January transfer window heats up.
Vitor Pereira has a difficult job on his hands at Wolves and is aiming to utilise the January transfer window to full effect.
Pereira wants to make two more signings before the end of the month however, arrivals are not the Old Gold’s only concern.
Mario Lemina has asked to leave Wolves, putting pressure on Matt Hobbs and Pereira to deliver in the market as the search for a new midfielder commences.

Sheffield United want to sign Tommy Doyle from Wolves
Al-Shabab have approached to sign Lemina, as the former captain edges close to a Molineux exit following a staggering fall from grace.
While Pereira insisted he didn’t want to sell players in the January window, Lemina’s case is interesting as the player is refusing to play.
Being occupied with Lemina’s transfer saga is not ideal for Wolves at this time however, the latest reports suggest it could get a lot harder for the club.
That’s because Sheffield Star reported that Sheffield United are eager to re-sign Tommy Doyle.
Doyle spent time on loan with the Blades over the 2022/23 season and now, the Championship outfit want to test their luck with the midfielder again.
It’s claimed that Sheffield United ‘would consider’ a move for Doyle as the Blades continue to hunt a new midfielder.
Doyle’s recent form has prompted transfer questions as Wolves are also eyeing a new player to inhabit the role.
After signing from Manchester City in the summer, Doyle has struggled to secure game time, with such not looking to change in the near future under Pereira.
Doyle remains low in the pecking order at Wolves
Under Gary O’Neil, Doyle struggled to tie down consistent minutes due to the midfield duo of Lemina and Joao Gomes.
To the Englishman’s luck, Wolves then signed Andre in the summer, handing Pereira the perfect combination by fusing the Brazilian with Gomes.

Despite his best efforts, the 23-year-old isn’t moving forward at Wolves at this moment, which could see a loan transfer become a success for the player.
That being said, it seems rather unlikely that Wolves would sanction Doyle’s exit right now, given that Lemina is halfway out of the door.
