Wolves have just a couple of weeks to go now until the new Premier League season starts – the player departures just keep on coming.
It has been a rather stressful summer for Wolves fans, with the club offloading a lot more players than bringing in fresh faces.
Yesterday, Goncalo Guedes left Wolves’ training camp in Girona to complete a move to Real Sociedad.

An agreement in principle was reached between Wolves and Sociedad over Guedes, and now it is just a matter of time until official confirmation arrives.
Wolves are set to receive around £5.2 million from the Guedes sale, which means a significant loss on the player after he joined for £27.5 million three years ago.
Guedes had previously hinted he could stay at Wolves after he spoke so warmly about the squad, but it seems after three years he will now leave permanently.
And it looks like another Wolves player could soon be following him out of the door.
Sam Johnstone in talks with Burnley, Wolves want £7 million
Sam Johnstone has had speculation about him for weeks now.
The goalkeeper joined Wolves last year in a £10 million deal from Crystal Palace, and it was expected he would be the new number one.
Jose Sa stayed though, and eventually won the battle to be number one at Molineux, with Vitor Pereira barely playing Johnstone.
In recent weeks, Johnstone has been linked with Burnley.
Sunderland were keen on Johnstone too, but now TEAMtalk are claiming that Johnstone could indeed be heading to Burnley.
Talks are advanced, and Wolves have given Johnstone the green light to leave.
But Wolves want around £7 million for a permanent transfer and don’t want to send him out on loan.

Johnstone sale would be helpful for Wolves
Every penny matters for Wolves, so selling Johnstone in the coming days would be most ideal – especially as it seems Jose Sa is the clear number one for Pereira.
Too much money went into him for him to just sit on the bench and Wolves can’t keep him around to lose value.

The club have to accept they will make a loss on him after last season, but Wolves need money in the coffers to help with bringing new faces in in these last weeks of the window.
£7 million would actually be a pretty good fee to receive for Johnstone given his current standing at the club, so hopefully he will be following Guedes out before long.
