Aaron Ramsey is reportedly not keen to seal a January move to Wolves.
Calciomercato report that Wales international doesn’t fancy a mid-season move to Molineux or Crystal Palace, who are also supposedly keen.
Ramsey is struggling for game time at Juventus.
He has only made five appearances this season, and hasn’t featured since making a six-minute cameo against Zenit in the Champions League back in October.
Injuries have again limited him in 2021/22, and it seems Juve are determined to get him off the books.
It was reported recently by Fabrizio Romano that Ramsey is very keen to embark on a new challenge.
It was also claimed that Wolves were planning to bid for the ex-Arsenal man.
Until now, there hasn’t been anything about Ramsey’s feeling on a potential move to Wolves.
Bruno Lage has been talking for weeks now about broadening his squad in January.
At the moment, he has just three senior central midfield options; Ruben Neves, Joao Moutinho and Leander Dendoncker.
Wolves definitely need to sign at least one next month, but it seems that signing will not be Ramsey.
Ramsey transfer would be a big risk from Wolves
There will be some Wolves fans out there who aren’t keen to see Ramsey make a move to Molineux anyway.
The 30-year-old has not enjoyed a good spell in Italy.
And he has had a number of injuries since he went there.
Although he tends to turn it on for Wales, Ramsey would just represent a risky signing.
Yes he previously played in the Premier League, but that was a while ago now. Wolves surely need to get someone in who would be less of a risk and take a lot less money per week than Ramsey.
