The upcoming summer transfer window is huge for Wolves, and there are a few players who should leave Molineux.

Wolves finished seventh in the 2018/19 Premier League table, and the pack will enjoy European football next year unless Watford beat Man City in the FA Cup final.

Nuno Espirito Santo and Fosun can start buying new talent on May 16, but the club also needs to start selling.

Wolves’ biggest disappointment is Adama Traore, but the speedy dribbler should be given another year to prove his worth.

However, unlike Traore, there are three players who must be added to the transfer list.

The first player Wolves should sell is goalkeeper John Ruddy.

John Ruddy is an excellent goalkeeper and he was crucial to Wolves’ rise from the Championship.

The highlight of his Wolves’ career is undoubtedly his magnificent performance at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Wolves only won that feisty contest 1-0 thanks to Ruddy’s presence causing Cardiff to miss two late penalties.

Although Ruddy is still a safe pair of hands in between the goal posts, it’s time for him to leave Molineux.

Rui Patricio is Wolves number one goalkeeper, and Nuno should promote 23-year-old Will Norris to the number two.

Norris should be starting the cup matches, meanwhile Ruddy should be getting first-team action elsewhere.

Ruddy has said that he’ll be patient, but there’s nothing he can do to replace Patricio and he shouldn’t waste his thirties on the bench.

A summer transfer window would be ideal for Wolves and Ruddy.
