Wolverhampton Wanderers’ next Premier League is against Everton on Monday.

Bruno Lage’s side are back at Molineux and will be looking to keep their good recent run going.

My Revenge On Ben Foster

The team is unbeaten in the last four games, and it is encouraging to see some points starting to get on the board after a tricky start.

Monday’s game against Everton should be a good test.

The Toffees endured a bit of a nightmare against Watford at the weekend, but on the whole they’ve been quite decent under Rafa Benitez.

Discussions are already taking place on social media about team selection for this one.

Lots are saying Rayan Ait-Nouri ought to keep his place over Fernando Marcal. That is something that would be quite refreshing to see.

And some have been talking about the other wing-back spot.

Nelson Semedo angered quite a few people by giving away an injury-time penalty.

As a result, some reckon it might be time for Ki-Jana Hoever to come in.

Bruno Lage has actually said both Marcal and Semedo are under pressure from Ait-Nouri and Hoever.

But it might be best for Semedo to keep his place against Everton.

Semedo remains a threat

He will have been kicking himself for his challenge on Joe Gelhardt.

As an experienced player, he should have known better than to give the referee that decision to make.

Rather than dropping him, Lage should stick with Semedo against Everton.

He actually did have a decent game against Leeds before his late lapse.

Hwang Hee-chan’s goal only came about thanks to some good initial work down the right from Semedo.

The ex-Barcelona has also had a number of great chances to score this term. It’s starting to feel like his first of the season is due.

He can certainly give Lucas Digne something to think about.
