Wolves are looking to bring in a new midfielder on transfer deadline day and their search has led them to Ligue 1 once more.
Wanderers could be in for a busy one today, with potentially up to three players coming in.
Wolves have missed out on Kevin Danso to Tottenham, but a new centre-back is very much on the agenda.
Thomas Kristensen is a target for Wolves after the club failed to sign the Austria.
But Wolves also want a new midfielder, with Mario Lemina’s future still uncertain.
Late last night, it was claimed Wolves are closing in on a deal to sign Marshall Munetsi – and it’s a move that could have ramifications for Boubacar Traore.
Boubacar Traore could leave Wolves today as Wolves target Munetsi

While there continues to be speculation that Lemina will leave Wolves today, it’s not out of the question we could see Boubacar Traore depart.
Traore has not yet played under Vitor Pereira, having been recovering from injury.
Traore sustained a knee injury back in August. The injury for Traore actually prevented him from heading out on loan to Feyenoord.
Traore is back in the picture now having returned to training – although he wasn’t in the squad at the weekend as he was ill.
With Wolves going after Munetsi, it’s difficult to see where his minutes will come from in the second-half of the season.
Munetsi is another ball-winning midfielder with an aggressive play style.
£9.5 million (BBC Sport) signing Traore already struggled for opportunities with Joao Gomes, Andre and Lemina at the club, and his situation would likely remain the same if Munetsi replaced Lemina.
What Vitor Pereira said about Boubacar Traore
Last week, Vitor Pereira said he was still working out what Boubacar Traore could offer him.
He did hint that he could perhaps stay, but it wasn’t a definitive answer regarding the Mali international’s future.
He said: “He’s come from a long injury and I’m trying to understand what he can give to us.
“He’s a good personality, a good player and I hope he can help us.”
Lemina is the most likely Wolves midfielder to depart today, but it’s also not out of the question Traore could head out on loan.
Especially, with Jean-Ricner Bellegarde playing so well against Aston Villa and potentially cementing himself as another central option.
