There are plenty of Wolves players out on loan this season.
Wolves have had a great start under Gary O’Neil as they look to climb up the Premier League table.
Multiple players have been on top of their game so far. However, there are many who have been sent out across England and Europe in order to find that extra bit of experience or quality needed.
Therefore, we have examined 10 Wolves players who are out on loan to see how they are doing so far this season.
Ki-Jana Hoever

The Dutch full-back returned to Stoke this season in his second loan spell at the Potters.
The 21-year-old scored on his second debut for the club against Rotherham and provided another two assists since then.
More recently, Hoever has been part of a backline that has only conceded three times in their last eight games and are on a run of four straight clean sheets. His performances against Leeds and Middlesbrough particularly stand out.

Daniel Podence

Wolves’ top scorer last season is having a blast in Greece.
He returned to his former club Olympiacos in the summer after Wolves extended his contract.
The 28-year-old had no issues readapting to life on the Mediterranean as he scored on his debut and has netted six times in 10 games.
This includes a goal in the Europa League where he put in a man-of-the-match performance against Serbian side TSC where he scored and assisted.

Chiquinho

The promising young winger had originally been sent on loan to Stoke alongside Hoever before being recalled after four matches.
He was then sent to Portuguese side Famalicão where he has enjoyed a mixed start.
The 23-year-old was sent off in his third game for the club in a 2-2 draw against Boavista.
Since then, the winger’s performances have improved and he scored in a 3-1 win over Gil Vicente earlier this month.

Chem Campbell

One of the more recent academy graduates.
Campbell was sent back to League One this campaign after a promising loan move to Wycombe Wanderers last season.
The 20-year-old was sent on loan to Charlton in August and had a promising start to life in London after collecting two assists in his first two games.
However, after a series of poor performances, Campbell was dropped to the bench and has only played four times since October.

Goncalo Guedes

Guedes had his loan extended at Benfica during the summer after a promising return to Portugal last season.
However, this season hasn’t been as kind to him.
After recovering from a knee injury earlier this campaign, the 26-year-old has had restricted game time so far.
Four of Guedes’ five appearances for Benfica have come from the bench with the attacker only playing 60 minutes in total this season.

Luke Cundle

The midfielder returned to the Championship again this season after a successful spell at Swansea City in the last campaign.
Recently promoted Plymouth agreed to take the 21-year-old on a season-long loan in August with the youngster shining again in the second tier.
So far, Cundle has found the back of the net four times for the Pilgrims and has picked up two assists in his last three games.
His form has helped pull Plymouth away the relegation zone as they currently sit 19th, five points clear of 22nd.

Dexter Lembikisa

The defender has started in all but one of Rotherham’s games so far this season as they look to survive the drop.
Lembikisa even managed to score his first professional goal this season after he netted in a 2-1 win against Norwich in September.
However, the Millers are struggling in the Championship at the moment and are currently 22nd and four points away from safety.

Theo Corbeanu

The Canadian has gone a bit under the radar since making his debut for Wolves in 2021.
After loan moves to Sheffield Wednesday, MK Dons, Blackpool and Arminia Bielefeld, the 21-year-old has now been loaned out to Swiss side Grasshopper.
The winger has done fairly well, picking up five assists in 12 games as well as netting once.

Alfie Pond

One of Wolves’ most recent debutants.
Pond made his first appearance in Wolves’ 5-0 win over Blackpool in the Carabao Cup as a late substitute.
He was then sent out on loan to League Two side Stockport County where he has mainly been used off of the bench.
With Stockport currently cruising at the top of League Two, a title win for the 19-year-old would be a great experience.

Tyler Roberts

Another young wolf sent out on loan.
Roberts agreed to go out to Doncaster back in June on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old has made 12 appearances for the League Two side in all competitions with the forward mainly being used off of the bench.
