A lot of the focus has been on the penalty decision that went against Wolves on Saturday against Luton Town.
Wanderers were 1-0 up after a brilliant goal by Pedro Neto, but were then back at 1-1 after referee Josh Smith awarded a spot-kick for ‘handball’ against Joao Gomes.
The decision was controversial because the ball ricocheted off the Brazilian’s leg and onto his outstretched arm.
His arm was deemed to be in an unnatural position and was ultimately why the decision was upheld.
It is hugely frustrating.
Gary O’Neil expressed his anger straight after the match.
But the Wolves manager now needs to focus on improving his side. And it’s possible he will be concerned about something that happened just before Smith gave that penalty…
Jose Sa made another questionable decision on Saturday
Moments before the penalty was awarded by Smith, Wolves actually had the ball.

Jose Sa had it in his grasp, and everyone was pushing out. But the Portuguese made a really strange decision to throw the ball to Mario Lemina in midfield.
The Gabon international was not in the best position to receive it, and Marvelous Nakamba was able to pick his pocket.
The ball was then played out wide to Issa Kabore, who then played the ball off Gomes.
Maybe Lemina could have done better.
But Sa could have held the ball for longer and picked out a safer option.
Sa rashness comes to the fore again
Ultimately, Gomes should not have penalised for the block he made. It is ridiculous that a penalty can be given for that.
But it was given, and it is what it is.
But perhaps we would not be talking about such a controversy had Sa not been rash and thrown the ball to Lemina, who was marked.

This follows the decision he made last week against Liverpool to try and find Pedro Neto with a long kick. Sa messed up his kick, and the Reds went on to score.
Sa is a great goalkeeper on the whole. His shot stopping is excellent, and he often has good command of his area.
But the 30-year-old’s decision making when it comes to distribution is a worry and really needs ironing out.
