The January transfer window is just around the corner with signings and departures expected throughout the month.
Vitor Pereira has only been at the club for just over a week but has already made an instant impact.
The Wolves manager has picked up two wins from as many games as he looks to pull the Old Gold away from the relegation zone.
In the January transfer window, Pereira will have a chance to bring in some new faces to strengthen the squad. However, departures are also likely with many players having little game time so far this season.
Therefore, Molineux News has listed three stars who have likely already played their last game in Old Gold.
Sasa Kalajdzic

The Austrian striker has barely featured since he signed for Wolves in 2022. Kalajdzic has suffered two ACL injuries and has not made an appearance for the club since the first half of the 2023/24 campaign.
Even when he has been fit, the striker has not been favoured at Wolves. In January 2024, he was loaned out to Frankfurt after he received little game time before he did his ACL.
While Pereira may want to include the striker in his match-day plans upon his return to fitness, this seems unlikely.
Behind the striker is now Jorgen Strand Larsen, as well as the in-form Goncalo Guedes.
This combined with his awful injury record suggests that Kalajdzic’s time at Wolves is at an end.
Boubacar Traore

Boubcar Traore’s time at Wolves has been slightly unfortunate. The midfielder has rarely had a bad game in an Old Gold shirt but has often been at the back of the queue for a spot in the starting XI.
Joao Gomes, Andre, Mario Lemina and Tommy Doyle have all been typically ahead of the Mali international.
Traore was set to leave Wolves in the summer until this injury halted the transfer.
When he returns to fitness, it is difficult to see how the midfielder fits into Pereira’s plans, especially as the club typically play two in the middle of the park.
Therefore, a departure in January seems likely as it could help raise funds for much-needed additions.
Luke Cundle

The final player on this list is often a forgotten one in the Wolves fanbase. Luke Cundle has in fact been at the Old Gold throughout the 2024/25 campaign so far.
The midfielder was unable to secure a loan move away from the club in the summer which has resulted in him remaining at the club.
However, within this time, Cundle has still not featured for Wolves in any competition, meaning his last appearance for the Old Gold came in the 2021/22 season.
With game time limited, the 22-year-old may push for a permanent solution in January or in the summer to help kick-start his career.
