For many Wolves fans, the January transfer window cannot come soon enough.
It has been a very difficult season so far, and Wolves have only just managed to get their first win in the Premier League after 11 attempts, beating Southampton 2-0 at Molineux.
Gary O’Neil is still under big pressure despite that win, although it appears he has bought himself a bit more time.
Fosun are desperate for O’Neil to turn things around at Wolves, but it is all about results now after a really hard start.
It will be very interesting to see what Wolves do in January. Most are expecting to see the arrival of a new central defender.
But players could also be on the way out – and Molineux News assesses who may seek to depart.
Goncalo Guedes

Guedes has done well when called upon this season, but the Portuguese attacker has struggled to start games.
O’Neil has strangely overlooked Guedes for starts in the Premier League, and that has been difficult to understand given the fact he’s scored three goals and made one assist this term.
Granted, his goals came in the Carabao Cup. But he’s been lively, and it feels like he should be more involved.
Villarreal are said to be interested in re-signing Guedes in January, and if his minutes don’t significantly increase, it’s hard to see him not pushing for an exit.
Especially since he has previously not wanted to be at Molineux.

Rodrigo Gomes
Rodrigo Gomes labelled his move to Wolves ‘a dream come true’ when he joined the club from Braga for £12.7 million in the summer. But so far, the move has frustratingly not worked out for him.
Rodrigo looked very lively in pre-season, and he got fans excited by scoring two goals in a game against West Ham United in the US.
He then started Wolves’ opening Premier League game against Arsenal. That remains his one and only start in the league.
For one reason or another, O’Neil just doesn’t seem to fancy Rodrigo right now and that is making some fans uncomfortable.
Rodrigo had interest from Atletico Madrid before moving to Wolves, with AS Roma also attempting a late hijack of his move to Molineux, but the winger was set on coming to the Premier League.
Perhaps if his game time does not improve, his agent may try and facilitate a loan move for his client for the second-half of the season.
It’s difficult to see Wolves cashing in, but the club could very easily look to santion a loan.
Pablo Sarabia
Another player who has featured very little so far this season, Pablo Sarabia might look to leave Wolves in January.
The Spaniard has actually started Wolves’ last two league games, but he was an unused substitute for six consecutive games this season.
On paper, Sarabia is probably Wolves’ most technically gifted player. Given his talent and experience, he really should be an undroppable player at this point. But he just hasn’t really ever been able to reach that status.
We have seen flashes of his quality, but it could ultimately be that he just doesn’t suit Wolves or the Premier League.
Sarabia is thought to be a transfer target for Sevilla, and if he continues to struggle for minutes then he might seek an exit in January. And Wolves may be happy to try and sell him, to avoid losing him for free at the end of the season.
