Wolves enjoyed an absolutely superb April, winning every single game they played – and that makes deciding a Player of the Month very tricky.
Vitor Pereira’s side are in the best form out of any team in Europe right now, and everything is coming together under the Portuguese tactician.
Wolves are full of confidence right now and look like they could beat anyone.
And that makes this Friday’s clash with Manchester City very interesting indeed.
But reflecting back on April, Wolves took 15 points in the Premier League, beating West Ham United, Ipswich Town, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Leicester City.
Many Wolves players had a brilliant month. Emmanuel Agbadou was at rock at the back for Wanderers.
While Joao Gomes, fresh from signing his new contract at Wolves, was imperious at times in the middle with Andre.
But there is arguably one player above all others that Wolves fans should strongly consider giving their vote to for the April award.
Jorgen Strand Larsen would be a deserving winner of Player of the Month at Wolves

For the first couple of games of April, Wolves didn’t have Matheus Cunha due to suspension.
That was always going to mean that Jorgen Strand Larsen would have to step up – and he certainly did that for Wolves.
Strand Larsen started all five of Wolves’ games in April, and scored four goals, to take his tally to 13 for the season – the same tally Raul Jimenez managed in his first season at Wolves after signing on an initial loan from Benfica.
Strand Larsen fired home the winner against West Ham, albeit with a bit of a deflection.

He then played a big part in the comeback win against Ipswich, assisting for Pablo Sarabia before then tapping home himself. It was a messy finish, but the Norwegian’s positioning was spot on.
Strand Larsen also scored against Tottenham Hotspur and at the weekend against Leicester. Data shows he finished the month with an impressive 33% conversion rate.
Not only has he been on fire in front of goal, his hold-up play and pressing have also been fantastic, and Strand Larsen has also built an effective partnership with Marshall Munetsi.

Strand Larsen has shown there’s life after Matheus Cunha at Wolves
Cunha was absolutely superb against Leicester on Saturday.
There is little doubt the Brazilian is going to be a big miss for Wolves, in terms of being a player who can just make things happen out of nothing.
But Wolves showed they can do it without him, and Strand Larsen did seem to thrive in his absence.
The two supporting players behind him, Munetsi and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde, both flood the box and attract player, which frees up Strand Larsen a bit more.
And when Strand Larsen gets space in the box, he is very likely to hit the target, and there’s a strong chance of him scoring a goal.
