Yerson Mosquera has posted on social media ahead of Wolverhampton Wanderers’ game with Tottenham Hotspur tonight.

Bruno Lage takes his men into the third round of the Carabao Cup, following a 4-0 win against Nottingham Forest in the previous round.

Revenge will be on the cards for Wolves, with Spurs having won the Premier League game in August 1-0.

There was a sense of injustice at the end of that game, with Wolves being the better side on the day.

It was a Dele Alli penalty that separated the two teams.

Wolves created lots of chances, but just couldn’t find a breakthrough.

A month on from that encounter, Wolves are still struggling to score goals.

Hopefully it clicks tonight, and Lage silences a few doubters.

One man who could be in line to feature for the first time for Wolves is Yerson Mosquera.

The first signing of the Lage era had been nursing a hamstring injury, but is now fully fit.

Journalist Alex Dicken has tweeted to say that he is expected to play from the start tonight.

And the player may well have hinted he is getting the nod, having sent a post ahead of the game.

The Colombian starlet has uploaded a video edit of a Pokemon-style loading screen.

‘New game’ is selected, followed by ‘Carabao Cup’, and then there is Mosquera in character form walking along a stone path.

Make of that what you will…
