One Wolves player is still paying for the mistakes he made last season at Wolves.
Gary O’Neil’s side earned a vital point against Brighton last time out, scoring two late goals to move off the bottom of the table.
While the spirit shown against the Seagulls deserved applause, there’s still a lot of work to be done as Wolves are still 19th.
With just two points after nine games played, the Old Gold need to kick on from their result at the Amex and make their early form a thing of the past.

Pablo Sarabia has to progress with Wolves
Wolves earned their second point of the season at the Amex and one thing also happened for the first time.
O’Neil called Pablo Sarabia into action at halftime, handing the Spaniard his first minutes of the Premier League campaign.
The 32-year-old had only featured in the EFL Cup for Wolves, which is something that journalist Nathan Judah spoke about on the E&S Wolves Podcast.
“The last 10 games of last season he [Sarabia] was very disappointing. I think Gary O’Neil was disappointed in him too,” the Wolves expert said.
“Wolves were struggling, he was the main senior guy there but he went hiding a little bit for me. I think that was probably a repercussion coming into this season that he’d lost a bit of trust and he’d have to start from scratch again.”
Judah’s suspicions make sense considering how little we’ve seen Sarabia this season, with his inclusion against Brighton possibly the start of something bright for the former PSG ace.
Sarabia linked with January exit
Sarabia was praised for his performance against Brighton, which could leave O’Neil hoping that the events of last season repeat themselves.
Around this point last year, the Spaniard made his talent hard for the manager to ignore, all for his form to drop off considerably when the going got tough in the latter stages of the campaign.
While Sarabia was included at the Amex, there remains great doubt over the 32-year-old’s future at Molineux, not only due to the fact that his contract expires in the summer.
Reports in Spain have suggested that Sevilla want to sign Sarabia, with there a rumoured desire to sign the attacking midfielder in January.
The next few weeks are set to be pivotal to Sarabia’s future as his next steps could be decided earlier than anticipated.
