Wolves have secured their place in the fifth round of the FA Cup – and have just discovered who they’ll be playing.
Wanderers made it into the hat after beating Championship side Blackburn Rovers 2-0 at Ewood Park.
Wolves put in a good performance, weathering some early Blackburn pressure, blustery conditions and poor pitch.
Joao Gomes and Matheus Cunha got the goals, and it was a good, professional display from Wanderers.
Vitor Pereira fielded a strong team as he did against Bristol City, and it’s clear the manager respects the competition and wants to go as far as possible.
Wolves went out against Coventry City last season having been just minutes away from going to Wembley for a semi-final, and Pereira looks keen to avenge that painful defeat.
Following Sunday’s win, Wolves have now learned their fifth round opponents.
Wolves to play Bournemouth away in the FA Cup fifth round

The FA Cup draw has just been made during BBC’s The One Show.
And Wolves have been drawn against Bournemouth away at the Vitality Stadium in the fifth round.
Wolves and Bournemouth last met in November in the Premier League, with the Cherries running out 4-2 winners at Molineux in a game that saw Justin Kluivert score a hat-trick of penalties.
Bournemouth have gotten the better of Wolves in recent times, having won three of the last four meetings.

All FA Cup ties will be played across the weekend of March 1.
Interestingly, this game will come very soon after Wolves play Bournemouth in the Premier League at the Vitality Stadium. That game takes place on February 22, with Wolves then in midweek action against Fulham, before the FA Cup game at the Vitality at the weekend.
Wolves have a chance in the FA Cup this season
Wolves have the potential to go deep in this season’s FA Cup, although Bournemouth will be tricky.
Andoni Iraola’s side have been really good this season and it will be a stern test, especially away from home. But Wolves will be out for revenge, and hopefully confidence will be high heading to the game.
With the hurt of that Coventry result serving as fuel, a trip to Wembley should be the goal for Wolves and clearly Pereira believes it should be given his two team selections in the FA Cup so far.
Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea are all out already, and Tottenham Hotspur were also beaten by Aston Villa.
Some will argue that Premier League survival is more important. But winning breeds winning and the deeper Wolves go in the competition, the higher confidence levels will be.
