Reaction
It’s a tough start for Lage, with three of the country’s top teams first up. That’ll be a real test of his work during pre-season.
Fans will be pleased to have a Boxing Day home game, and a winnable one too, against newly-promoted Watford.
The run-in is tricky too, with Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea to come in the final six matches.
That means it’ll be important to pick up the points after that tricky start and the start of 2022.
How Wolves do in that period will determine how well Lage’s first season at Molineux will turn out.
