Wolves bounced back from two straight defeats in the Premier League to beat Chelsea 2-1 at Molineux.

The Blues went ahead through Olivier Giroud, but Daniel Podence hit back before Pedro Neto struck a last-gasp winner.

The result sees Wolves climb back up to 10th place in the table, with Frank Lampard’s side missing out on the chance to go top.

There would have been fears amongst Wolves supporters at the time of Giroud’s cracking opener, but Nuno’s side showed real belief to not only get back into the game, but go on and win it.

Goalscorers Podence and Neto were excellent once again for the hosts, further suggesting them as being the standout two players so far for the club in 2020/21.

But lots of Wolves fans were reserving praise for someone else on social media after the game.

USA international Owen Otasowie was sent on for his Premier League debut at half-time, replacing Leander Dendoncker in a bid to try and take the game to Chelsea a bit more.

And the youngster made a big impression with an all-action performance, assisting Podence for his goal and also making three ball recoveries and four interceptions (via Statman Dave).

He made a real difference in both the attacking and defensive phases and has surely paved the way for more opportunities going forwards.
