Wolves are looking short at centre-half at the moment.
Willy Boly is in very real danger of missing the first competitive matches of the Bruno Lage era.
New signing Yerson Mosquera also has a hamstring injury and he could be out for up to three weeks.
That’s according to reports from the defender’s native Colombia, after Sunday’s 2-1 friendly win over Coventry.

Mosquera has impressed in pre-season and would have been a real contender to replace Boly.
With both men now out, Lage has a big decision to make going into the opening match of the season at Leicester on August 14.
Does he play three at the back, despite the limited options? A back four would make more sense.
That decision doesn’t need to be mad for over a week, so in the meantime, here’s how some Wolves fans reacted to the report on Twitter:
- Two winners and two losers at Wolves as Rob Edwards becomes the frontrunner
- Twist in Rob Edwards pursuit as Middlesbrough respond to Wolves approach
- Wolves fans handed big Jhon Arias reminder after official FIFA announcement
- Rob Edwards’ stance on becoming Wolves manager as club seek Vitor Pereira successor
- Wolves’ next manager must have stronger stance than Vitor Pereira on one key issue
