Wolves have finally launched their away kit for the 2021/22 season.
With the start of the Premier League season now just nine days away, it was always going to arrive sooner or later.
The club have now made the away strip available to pre-order.
Fans will be able to buy authentic versions of the Castore-designed shirt the same as the ones the players wear in matches, or replicas.

According to the club website: “The shirt features Castore’s signature logo in Wolves gold, alongside the club’s iconic badge, while the ribbed collar and cuffs feature contrast gold taping.
“The Wolves back neck taping brings a personal feel to the jersey. The shorts feature black strips and a gold Castore logo, while the socks display a black wolf head and gold Castore branding on the back.
“The authentic jersey, as worn by the Wolves first-team, enjoys a laser cut detail at high sweat zones to ensure maximum breathability and minimal distraction for the players, allowing full concentration on the game.
“A scooped hem with the higher sides ensures less restriction at the hips and thighs during play, while the main body and underarm mesh is produced from 100 percent recycled polyester.”
The fans aren’t too concerned about that spiel, however and there were a few themes which came up in the reactions to the new kit.
One of them was the pre-order element. Some supporters said they’d pre-ordered their home shirts but still hadn’t received them
The club shop says new away kits ordered now will be delivered around 20 August.
The design has split fans too. Some like it, while others aren’t so keen. As some supporters pointed out, there’s always something to moan about.
And the lack of signings is something which some were moaning about in the replies. There was an outside chance a shock signing would be used to launch the new strip, but that hasn’t proved to be the case.
