It has been a frustrating season for Wolves fans, and many are urging Vitor Pereira to stop making the same decision he has made in their previous two matches.
Wolves are at the bottom of the Premier League, and a relegation fight looks to be on the cards. However, a bold move from Pereira to shift from a back five to a back four has shown promise in the last few games.
However, the new tactics have left one Wolves star in the dark.
The switch to a new system has also seen improved performances, but the Portuguese head coach still uses the five-back formation when trying to hold onto a lead.
Now, fans have made a call to the head coach via social media to try to stop him from making a tactical decision.

Wolves fans tell Vitor Pereira to stick to back four
On Sunday night, Vitor Pereira issued a rallying message to fans on Instagram, telling them they will continue to work hard and make them proud.
So far this season, they are way off the curve in completing the latter.
It was a heartfelt message, and it is clear how much Pereira wants to change his team’s fortunes this season.
He has shown his tactical ability by the switch of formation, and he is not afraid to try new things.
However, fans under his Instagram post have been calling for him to start being more proactive.
One fan said, “By halftime the majority of Brighton’s back 4 had been booked. Why NOT put Tolu & Larsen TOGETHER & then GO FOR IT?”
Another echoed the sentiment, stating, “10 defenders on the pitch at the same time won’t win the points we need, Vitor. Attacking is the best form of defence when 1-0 up… We’ve dropped 4 points in two games trying to overload the defence… It just causes chaos! … and we concede.”
A different supporter said, “Please stop subbing on centre backs when we’re winning, mate.”
Another stated, “When we are comfortably 1-0 up after 60 minutes, why bring Agba on to add to an already solid back 2…. Fer and Rodrigo must be wondering what they need to do to get game time.”
With someone else saying, “Leave Bueno and Krejci as CBs and stop defending a 1-0 lead!”
With the new formation, Wolves’ priority for January has become much clearer.
Vitor Pereira seems stuck between two minds
At the moment, Vitor Pereira is trying to find the balance between being proactive and reactive, and he has yet to find it.
The reactive decision to switch to a back five against Tottenham worked, and Wolves scored their goal after switching.
However, against Brighton, it was the opposite. The switch to a more defensive style ultimately cost the Old Gold.
Vitor Pereira needs to better learn when to go between the two. While fans want to solely stick with the four-man defence, there are benefits to being more resolute at times.
He must find the balance quickly, as Wolves have some important games coming up.
