Wolves fans are very much looking forward to the summer transfer window, where the club will likely target several new forwards.
Wolves are to enjoy a comfortable end to the campaign, after a brilliant impact by Vitor Pereira.
Pereira came to Molineux in December and, after taking a bit of time to get to know the players, has now completely changed the picture at the club.
Wolves were hurtling toward the relegation under Gary O’Neil.
But Wolves are now a totally different outfit – and fans believe Pereira being backed by Fosun could see the club bring back the good times.
There has already been transfer speculation heading into the summer. Cameron Archer is a player Wolves like, and there’s also been links to young players from South America.
But now there’s been a new claim, with Wolves interested in Harvey Elliott

Wolves could move for Harvey Elliott this summer

According to Give Me Sport, Wolves are interested in signing Harvey Elliott from Liverpool this summer.
Elliott has been with the Reds since 2019, when he signed for around £4.3 million from Fulham as a 16-year-old.
This term, the 22-year-old has struggled for minutes under Arne Slot, although he did have an injury at the start of the season.
GMS claim that Wolves would look to make Elliott a ‘centrepiece’ for their plans.
Wolves believe they could capitalise on Elliott’s current standing as a fringe player at Anfield. At the moment, the player has not made a decision on his future.
But Wanderers are not the only club in the frame.
It’s stated that Premier League clubs Nottingham Forest, Fulham, Brighton & Hove Albion and overseas suitors are all circling.
Forest’s interest is intriguing, and it is suggested that Morgan Gibbs-White’s future could be a big factor in the pushing for Elliott.
Of course, at the moment, Gibbs-White is heavily linked with Manchester City, so the Tricky Trees may well make a beeline for Elliott is he leaves.
Wolves know all about Harvey Elliott’s quality
It will be interesting to see if Wolves do actually make a push for Elliott this summer. Certainly, there could be scope for someone like him, given his versatility.
Pablo Sarabia could leave Wolves this summer, as could the likes of Hwang Hee-chan and Goncalo Guedes. So someone like Elliott could be handy.
If Forest lose Gibbs-White, then that could well make things a bit more complicated.
But Elliott is a talented player who isn’t getting regular minutes, and Wolves’ interest should be welcomed.
Wolves have previously been stung by Elliott’s quality, when he scored a stunning goal from distance at Molineux in an FA Cup third round replay in the 2022/23 season.
After that goal and performance, pundit Alan Shearer said of Elliott (via BBC Sport.): “I thought Harvey Elliott was outstanding. He took great confidence from his goal and showed some neat and tidy touches.”
