Wolves’ European chances revealed
O’Neil has taken Wolves back into the top half after a sensational run of form. The club beat both Chelsea and Spurs last month to push up to ninth in the Premier League table.
Now, going into game week 27, Wolves are only one point away from Brighton who occupy the European spots.
One statistic points out that Wolves are well in the race for Europe. A report from The Athletic states that the club has a 14.5% chance of Europe come the end of the season.

Gary O’Neil warned over the fitness of star man

Wolves got the job done on Wednesday night as they overcame Brighton to reach the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. It was a tight and nervy affair but Mario Lemina’s early goal proved to be enough to separate the two sides in a 1-0 win.
However, one downside to the game was the injury to Hwang Hee-Chan. The South Korean was forced off early in the second half with a hamstring injury.
Now journalists Liam Keen and Nathan Judah have issued a warning to the manager about his fitness suggesting they need to rest him.

Liverpool star praises Wolves man

There were multiple star performers against Brighton. Both Max Kilman and Santiago Bueno had a fantastic game to help see out a clean sheet. However, another player who received widespread praise is Tommy Doyle.
The midfielder came back into the starting XI and helped to run the show. This saw him win the Player of the Match award thanks to the BBC.
His fellow England Under 23 teammates were quick to praise his performance on Instagram including Liverpool star Curtis Jones.
