Apparently, he takes the squad out for dinner when they get a shutout. He pays for the meals himself, it has been claimed.
Lopetegui also holds team building days, âsome of which have included the playersâ familiesâ.
Clearly, the boss is keen to spread the goodwill beyond just his players.
