Wolves made it five wins in a row by collecting three points at Old Trafford, but it wasn’t all smiles.
Pablo Sarabia was the difference in Wolves’ win over Manchester United, scoring the winner in the 77th minute.
Wolves fans were in awe of Sarabia after he scored a direct free kick to make the difference at Old Trafford, sending Vitor Pereira to his fifth consecutive Premier League win.
The result saw Wolves occupy 15th place to move within six points of 12th place, in what has been a remarkable turnaround.

Rayan Ait-Nouri was unhappy before Pablo Sarabia’s winner
Pereira was lauded for the impact he’s made at Wolves, as pundit Alan Shearer applauded the change in atmosphere around the club.
Though the Wolves manager deserves all the praise in the world for his work in the West Midlands since December, matchday 33 was Sarabia’s to savour.
The Spaniard ensured Wolves did the double over Man United for the first time in 45 years, but not everyone was happy.
Speaking live from Old Trafford after the victory was Express and Star reporter Liam Keen, who revealed that before Sarabia took the free-kick, there was a squabble over who would take it.
“Rayan Ait-Nouri looked very, very upset that he wasn’t taking the free-kick,” Keen said, before sharing that Matheus Cunha had to console his teammate.
“Cunha was consoling him when he wasn’t taking it. He had a right smile on his face as he ran towards the away end as Sarabia celebrated.”
Fortunately, even Ait-Nouri couldn’t argue his case after Sarabia converted from the dead-ball scenario, as the Algerian joined the celebrations in front of the joyous away end.
Sarabia reveals free-kick training plan
It was a goal worthy of winning three points from Sarabia, who became only the second player facing Man United to win a game at Old Trafford via a free-kick.
Though the goal came as a beautiful surprise to those tucked in the corner of Old Trafford, it was perhaps less of a shock for Sarabia, who revealed his training plan around taking free kicks.
“I try to train in every single day [on free-kicks],” Sarabia told Wolves’ official website.
“I think it is the key to improve every single day, and today I could see this.”
Though Ait-Nouri was desperate to take the free-kick, there won’t be an argument for the remainder of the campaign over who will be standing over a dead-ball, with the role Sarabia’s for the foreseeable future.
