Which Wolves fixtures are on TV over the festive period

With the Christmas period always jam-packed with games, find out which Wolves games will be broadcasted live in the UK this year.

Wolves have enjoyed a comfortable start to life under Gary O’Neil. Since coming into the club in August, the manager has quickly steadied the ship at Molineux

This has seen multiple great results. Wolves’ victories over Man City and Spurs still live long in the memory of fans.

Their form has seen them rise to 13th in the Premier League table and they are now seven points off the European spots.

Now that the festive period is now upon us, Wolves will play five times over the next three and a half weeks.

Multiple of these games are on TV as listed below.

Wolves next fixture will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The visitors will be aiming to pick up at least a point from the Hammers. West Ham looked to have found a good run of form until they were smashed 5-0 away to Fulham last week.

Wolves may also have an advantage going into the game as O’Neil’s side will have an eight day break. In contrast, West Ham face Freiburg in the Europa League on Thursday night, a game where they have to avoid defeat if they want to top the group.

A victory for Wolves would see them close the gap to their opponents to two points.

Kick-off is set to commence at 14:00

Wolves vs Chelsea (December 24)

Wolves are set to face Chelsea at Molineux on Christmas Eve.

The fixture will be the first Premier League game on this date since 1995, in a heavily criticised move.

The game was originally scheduled to be played on December 23 but has now been moved to the 24th.

Sky Sports are set to show the game live as Wolves aim to extend their unbeaten home run at Molineux to eight games.

O’Neil will be aiming for another victory here with Chelsea out of form at present. The capital side are level on points with Wolves at the moment and only sit above them on goal difference.

Kick-off for the Sunday game is at 13:00.

Brentford vs Wolves (December 27)

The final Wolves fixture that will be live to watch in the UK in the festive period.

O’Neil’s side travel to Brentford in the Premier Leauge on a Wednesday night. The game was originally meant to be on Boxing Day but the new date for the Chelsea clash meant that the tie had to be pushed back a day. This now means that Wolves have only played on December 26 twice in their last seven years in the Premier League.

Their last Boxing Day fixture came last year as Julen Lopetegui earned his first Wolves league win with a dramatic 2-1 victory away to Everton

The game will be live on Amazon Prime with kick-off taking place at 19:30.

Wolves will also travel to Brentford nine days later to face the London side in the FA Cup. This fixture will take place on a Friday night due to overseas broadcast coverage and will not be available to watch in the UK.
