Wolves have ran out 2-1 winners against Chelsea today in the Premier League, with Mario Lemina and Matt Doherty on target for the hosts.
Wanderers are back to winning ways after the poor defeat to West Ham United last weekend.
Wolves rode their luck a little in the first-half and also sustained some pressure in the second from the Blues.
But it was very spirited display from the hosts, who capitalised on some poor defending from Chelsea.
Mario Lemina was excellent today and deservedly won the Sky Sports Man of the Match award.
But Joao Gomes must also be acknowledged for his efforts today, as Gary O’Neil did just after the final whistle…
Gary O’Neil shows appreciation for Joao Gomes after Wolves defeat Chelsea

Today was a real battle and it was always going to be a game that would suit Lemina and Gomes.
The two are both excellent ball-winners, and they tend to fare quite well against sides that have more of the ball than Wolves.
Lemina was superb today, but Gomes must also get his due credit.
He had a shaky moment in the first-half when he had his pocket picked by Raheem Sterling and it was then a three-on-zero situation, after a risky ball to the midfielder by Jose Sa
Thankfully, Sterling chose to try and score himself rather than pass to one of the two teammates he had free.
But Gomes recovered from that moment to put in a top display.
And that display was appreciated by Gary O’Neil, who sought Gomes out for a ‘bearhug’ just after the final whistle according to journalist Steve Madeley.
A courageous display from Joao
£15 million star Gomes was tremendous today alongside Lemina in the win over Chelsea.
According to Statman Dave, the Brazilian won 10/14 ground duels, won 7/9 tackles and made seven ball recoveries.
The man nicknamed The Pitbull was so tenacious in the engine room and truly worked his socks off alongside Lemina, as is the case most weekends.
Gomes has been enjoying a real good first full season as a Wolves player. He is very good to watch and that industrious style of play is very easy for fans to get behind.
He just loves to get stuck in, and Wolves fans love him for that.
